Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This policy explains what information Silicon Chase (“Silicon Chase”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website and when we provide our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Silicon Chase is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Questions? Email info@siliconchase.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), your message, and whether you asked for a discovery call. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
  • Client information. When we provide cybersecurity, AI, managed IT, hosting, web, app development or research services, we may process information about your organization, systems and users as described in our agreement with you.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our servers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies if you log in to the site or open a password-protected page.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations.
  • To deliver, support and improve the services you engage us for.
  • To keep our website, systems and clients secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers we rely on

We share information only with providers that help us run this website and our services, and only as needed: our web hosting and email providers, and Calendly, if you choose to book a discovery call. The typefaces on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your data to a font provider. When we publish or update pages, we notify search engines through the IndexNow protocol; this shares page addresses only, never visitor data. Links to other sites — including our projects, TechUpscale, and our social media pages — are governed by those sites’ own policies.

How we protect information

Our security and privacy practices follow our guiding frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss and misuse.

How long we keep information

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for the length of our engagement plus any period required by law or our agreement. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@siliconchase.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honor requests as those laws require.

Children

Our website and services are intended for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
