These terms apply to your use of the Silicon Chase website. By using the site, you agree to them. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms.

Getting support

• Clients: request support by emailing info@siliconchase.com.
• Support hours and response times are set out in your service agreement.
• Extended and after-hours support is available on request and is agreed in writing before it begins.

Consultations and engagements

Free consultations are informational and do not create a client relationship. Work begins once we both agree a written proposal, agreement or statement of work describing scope, timelines and fees.

Websites, hosting and apps

Scope, pricing, delivery timelines, uptime commitments and renewal terms for web design, hosting and app development are confirmed in your proposal or agreement. Website Care Plans start at $29/month.

AI outputs

AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete results. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

Guiding frameworks

ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework are the guiding frameworks for our work.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this site belong to Silicon Chase or its licensors. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant agreement.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including our projects, TechUpscale and social media. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” for general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silicon Chase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
